Increase your strength and flexibility in a no-pressure environment.

 

Our stretch and strength series offers dance conditioning techniques combined with fitness exercises and stretches, to create an all-body workout set to music.

 

We aim to provide a fun and effective way to get fit, increase your range of movement, improve your posture, balance and flexibility and help you achieve greater overall well-being.

No experience necessary, all levels welcome.
